A well-organized holiday in Paradise-like conditions may be lifetime experience. But the holiday can easily become a nightmare. As we also mentioned it in other places the evil Serpent of Paradise can be very efficient! In this event local help may come handy!

 

Thai Royal Police – Tourist Police Department, which focuses on dealing with foreigners’ legal problems while they are in Thailand, found an ingenious resolution also reflecting the Thai approach to cope with arising problems. Several years ago they established the Tourist Police Volunteer program. This special voluntary program comprises Thailand expatriates who have full public authority but concerning foreigners only. The members of the service are farangs who live there, run businesses and are familiar with law enforcement and legal regulations, and provide all available legal help for foreigners (mainly their compatriots) in trouble. As they are volunteers of the Thai Royal Police, they have many legal means at their disposal.

 

Three members of our Company living in Thailand are proud of being members of this organization. Their services cover the complete area of Pang-Na province and Phuket. If you are in trouble or afraid of getting into trouble, don’t hesitate to contact us.
