Our Projects

To protect our own and our partners' interests our Company always carries out the "Big Projects" within the scope of its businesses through direct participation. Before putting a project like this on our website, we settle its legal issues and conclude an agency agreement with the local partner (who offers appropriate legal guarantees). At the moment we are seeking investors for the implementation of the investment projects below.

Based on our proven experience and business philosophy, for the successful implementation of our inside projects it is essential to establish the conditions of official - corporate - presence for our business partners in Asia. To do this, we always keep readily purchasable (operating) companies at hand and have the opportunities to establish new companies. You can see the current list and details in the following pages.

The Condominium provides high-end environment and services for its investors. The establishment lies in the Surin bay, in one of the most wonderful and luxurious resort area of Phuket. Its environment can be best characterized by the fact that Twin Palms Hotel, one of the most exclusive hotel of the island is next to the Condominium. ARCO Hotel

It is our pride that the owner of this building called upon us to manage this project. ARCO project is a 5-star hotel with unique design. The hotel complex will be built in Surin Bay, in one of the most beautiful and luxurious resort area of Phuket. The scheduled start of the project is the fourth quarter of 2010, the scheduled delivery is in 2011.

The owner of the hotel project is Surin Park Corporation Ltd is seeking investor partners to purchase 49% of the property, which is the highest portion of property that can be purchased by foreign subjects in Thailand. The purchasable property portion is 347.000.000THB. The background of the project is legally and financially sound, the building site is unencumbered and in the ownership of the project owner. During the implementation of construction our Company will manage and supervise all technical work.

RBG Golf Resort

Our Company's largest ongoing project is the participation in the RBK Golf Resort Project in 1,600,000 m² in Pang-Na province. The project value is approximately 8.500.000.000THB and includes a golf course, hotel, shopping center, condominium areas, villa-parks and self-contained villas. During the 4-year long project period we are responsible for the European sales, and later a major part of the technical design and project implementation. The scheduled starting time of implementation is 2011 and the scheduled delivery year is 2014.

Purchasable Companies and companies established on request

Our company offers legal guarantee for the integrity of companies in our listing. We offer only companies (international Ltd's in Thai or foreign ownership) that passed financial and legal screening, managed by our book-keeping and legal offices.

We recommend purchasing them because we find it important to ensure the creditability of starting businesses. Based on the general practice, Thai banks give credit only for companies who have been registered and operating for 3 years at least. Another important aspect is to ensure the new owner's legal status and work permit. According to the prevailing Thai legal regulations, companies can get 1 foreign work permit per 2 million THB registered capital.

If you are interested in any of the companies, we can put the complete company documentation at your disposal. (on request, with the authentic translation of company documentation). If requested, we can arrange the international legalization of company documents. (According to the Hague Convention, authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consul).
